Cattery

  • We offer a caring and friendly family professional service and are open throughout the year.
  • We cater for weekend breaks, short term and long-term holidays. 
  • We have 20 plus years’ experience in looking after and caring for cats and have been granted a five-star rating from Sunderland City Council.
  • We are on site 24 hrs per day and the premises very secure. 
  • Our cattery is located in a countryside setting.
  • We have two cattery buildings, one being an indoor cattery
  • All of the chalets have raised bed areas, scratch post furniture and plenty of room to play, they all have heating within each chalet and allow plenty of ventilation for warm sunny days. All chalets have a run attached to their chalet to allow them additional space and different views.
  • Music is played in the background. 
  • We spend quality time with our guests, providing enrichment toys and cuddles to ensure they enjoy their stay with us. 
  • We can provide your cats food and have a few different dried foods as well as whiskers and Felix pouches which is included within the price. If you prefer to bring your own food that is fine too. If your cat requires a special diet or a veterinary recommended food, we are more than happy to continue with their normal diet but the food would need to be provided by yourself with written instructions that we can follow.
  • Medication can be administered under owners written instruction at no extra cost.
  • Please ensure that your cats’ vaccinations are up to date as we will not be able to board if they are out of date. We would require any boosters to have been carried out at least two weeks prior to boarding. We also require that your cat has been treated for fleas and worms by a veterinary recommended product prior to boarding, allowing one week prior to boarding in case of any adverse reactions.

  • All cats must be inoculated against Cat Flu and Feline Enteritis. The vaccination card must be still in date on the departure date. Homeopathic vaccinations are not accepted.

  • All clients must produce valid vaccination certificate on every visit or provide a copy by email.

Prices: (prices are based on a daily rate, however if you collect prior to 9.30 am on the date of collection on the booking there will be no charge for that day.

We accept cats to board from 11 AM until 4 PM we can try and adjust times if possible

Indoor Units

  • 1 x Cat – £20 per day
  • 2 x Cats – £25 per day
  • 3 x Cats – £30 per day
  • 4 x Cats – £35 per day

If you are placing a booking online, we will confirm the booking once you have sent a booking request and will always try to confirm within two days. If you can inform us which cattery you wish to book in. The cost for your cat/s stay will be shown on the email and any alterations on price due to which one is booked will be displayed.

If a deposit has not been placed your booking has not been secured.

We do not refund deposits.

We would ask that you email to let us know that a deposit or payment has been made please. If you have booked online, we would ask to use the reference number please.

We do charge a minimum of a two-day charge.
